Short Sale Mitigation Services, located in Bloomington, MN is a company that specializes in negotiating Short Sales for Realtors and Investors in the Minneapolis/St Paul MN Metro area only.  We have over 5 years experience negotiating short sales and are committed to “negotiating successful results” for our clients.  We take care of the entire short sale process: From submitting the short sale package, to doing all the bank negotiations, to setting up the closing for you, so you don’t have to! 

Our customers are Realtors and Investors residing in the Minneapolis/St Paul MN Metro area, who do not want to deal with the day-to-day hassle of negotiating Short Sales and dealing with the banks!
